VibeRoutine Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VibeRoutine mobile application ("the Service"). By installing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Service" means the VibeRoutine mobile application, including routine management, voice/photo memos, AI coaching, and watch synchronization.
- "User" means any individual who installs and uses the Service.
- "Content" means any text, voice, image, or other data a User enters, records, or captures within the Service.
- "Paid Service" or "Vibe+" means the auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features (Apple Watch sync, unlimited AI coaching, proactive coaching alerts, AI memory, 30-day deep analysis).
2. Acceptance and changes
- These Terms take effect when you install and use the Service.
- We may modify these Terms at any time within the limits of applicable law. We will provide at least 7 days' advance notice (30 days for changes that adversely affect Users).
- If you do not agree to the modified Terms, stop using the Service and uninstall the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
3. The Service
- We provide the following features:
- Routine creation and management, daily timeline
- Photo-based automatic categorization (AI)
- Voice memo transcription and categorization (AI)
- Insights, statistics, and AI coaching
- Galaxy Watch / Apple Watch synchronization
- We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, repair, or other operational needs. We will provide advance notice when feasible.
4. User obligations
You shall not:
- Impersonate others or submit false information.
- Disrupt the Service or overload our servers (automated calls, rate-limit evasion, etc.).
- Generate or transmit obscene, violent, discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app to extract source code.
- Violate applicable law or these Terms.
5. Content rights
- You retain all copyright and other rights to Content you create within the Service.
- We use your Content solely to provide the Service and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except for sub-processors disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
- The app itself, including design, text, code, and trademarks, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it.
6. AI features — disclaimer
- AI features (category classification, coaching responses, nutrition estimation, etc.) are provided for informational purposes only.
- AI responses may be inaccurate or contain errors and must not be used as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
- For health, medication, dietary, or mental-health decisions, consult a qualified professional (doctor, pharmacist, registered dietitian, licensed therapist, etc.).
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI responses, and we are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on them.
7. Not a medical device
The Service is not a medical device under any applicable regulation (e.g. Korea Medical Devices Act, US FDA, EU MDR). It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor disease.
In an emergency or mental-health crisis, contact your local emergency services or crisis line immediately:
- South Korea: 119 (emergency) / 1393 (suicide prevention)
- USA: 911 (emergency) / 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- UK: 999 (emergency) / 116 123 (Samaritans)
- EU: 112 (emergency)
8. Vibe+ Subscription (Paid Service)
8.1 What you get
A Vibe+ subscription unlocks:
- Apple Watch / Galaxy Watch synchronization
- Unlimited AI coaching conversations (free tier is limited to 5 messages per day)
- Proactive AI coaching alerts (frequency adjustable)
- AI memory (the coach retains context across sessions)
- 30-day deep analysis (free tier shows 7 days)
8.2 Billing
- Billing is handled exclusively through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. We never receive your payment-method details.
- Available plans (local currency auto-converted at point of sale):
- Vibe+ Annual — $29.99 / year (≈ $2.50 / month equivalent)
- Vibe+ Monthly — $2.99 / month
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial begins the moment you confirm the subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise, your selected plan is billed at the end of the trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
8.3 Auto-renewal
- Vibe+ is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews for another period at the then-current price.
- The renewal amount is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
8.4 Managing or cancelling your subscription
To manage, change plans, or cancel:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → VibeRoutine
- Or open the App Store, tap your profile icon → Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you continue to have access to Vibe+ features until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
8.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and any applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
8.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price increase will be notified in-app and via the App Store's price-change confirmation flow. Apple requires your explicit consent before charging an increased price; if you do not consent, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current period.
9. Service changes and termination
- We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
- If we discontinue the entire Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice in-app or through this page.
- Before discontinuation, you may use the in-app data export feature to back up your Content.
10. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, network outages, third-party service failures, etc.).
- We are not liable for loss of local data due to device loss, damage, force-quitting the app, or operating-system failure. You are encouraged to back up your data regularly.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Where the Service is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent permitted by law.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in those cases the foregoing applies to the extent permitted.
11. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
- Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction at the Service operator's principal place of business in Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
